Cooking with High Heat

Can this product be used with high heat?

The use of high heat is not recommend for most cookware. Continuous high heat may damage pots and pans that have a nonstick coating, resulting in a higher chance of food sticking and discoloration of the cooking surface.

To avoid damaging your pans, we recommend cooking on low to medium heat. Because our products conduct heat extremely well at lower temperatures, high heat is not needed to brown or sear foods. To get the char you want, simply preheat the pan on medium heat for at least one minute before adding food to its surface.

Overheating pans will void your product warranty.

That said, some cookware is better at tolerating high-seat cooking. Always refer to your product's use & care guidelines before cooking.
